During Italian Aperitif Week 2026, each participating bartender will present an original signature cocktail featuring Prosecco DOC, Amaro Camatti, and Amaro Santoni.

By adding a “like” to your favorite drinks you will support your preferred drinks’ creators to win a trip to Italy offered by our partners.

The winner is selected through a combined evaluation:
70%: Jury evaluation (panel of industry experts)
30%: Public voting and eligible social interactions
The bartender with the most likes does not automatically win.
Participation Requirements
Open exclusively to eligible bartenders affiliated with one of the 10 participating locations
Minimum age: 21 years
Legal residence in the State of New York, or regularly employed at one of the participating locations during the Contest Period
Prize
1 (one) round-trip economy class airline ticket for one person between New York, NY and Milan, Italy. Approximate retail value (ARV): USD 1,500. No cash alternative, hotel accommodation, meals, transportation, or other benefits are included unless expressly stated.
