A Recipe Written in Botanicals
Amaro Santoni is a blend of 34 botanicals, each selected for its aromatic and sensory contribution. Rhubarb root, iris flower, and olive leaves are among the most distinctive ingredients, working alongside spices, roots, and aromatic plants to create a profile that is at once rich and approachable. The base is pure spring water from Chianciano Terme, a renowned thermal spa town in the province of Siena, one of Italy’s most pristine water sources.
The result is a liqueur with a veiled ruby color and orange reflections, an intense and expansive nose of spice and roots, and a palate that moves from delicate floral and herbal notes toward bright citrus and a clean, pleasantly bitter finish.
Light Enough for Any Moment
At 16% Vol., Amaro Santoni occupies a rare space in the spirits world: complex enough to command attention, light enough to be enjoyed at any point in the day or evening. It works beautifully on its own over ice, as the centerpiece of a cocktail, or as the spirit of choice for a bartender looking to build something unexpected. Mixologists around the world have embraced it precisely because its character is clear but never rigid.
Recognized by the World
The quality of Amaro Santoni has been validated at the highest levels of international competition:

Four major awards in a single year speak not to luck, but to a product that has reached genuine maturity.
